Quick workaround: download the kdebluetooth-1.0_beta8.tar.bz2 from http://bluetooth.kmobiletools.org/. Then do the usual configure+make+install. Maybe you have to install some extra package for X, Qt and KDE dev. It's a real pity I had to do this while a fix in the package system would have been simpler ...
