wpa_supplicant and iwd are mutually exclusive, so IWD should provide
replaces 'wpa_supplicant' (similar for wpa)
Additionally, NetworkManager should rely on either IWD or
wpa_supplicant. Currently I cannot uninstall wpa_supplicant if using
iwd, and must keep masking it.
