Public bug reported:
Ancient Ubuntu-only package with no rdeps that FTBFS on rebuild. No new
upstream release since 2002 (https://www.cgarbs.de/stuff.en.html).
Appears to just check if a given image(s) can be used as wallpaper -
doesn't seem to merit inclusion as a package to me (the Bash script is
available on the developer's site if people want it).
