Public bug reported:

Choppy video is also present in games: Kpatience, Mahjongg, etc.

In Ubuntu 16.04 on same computer all is smoothe and fast.

My desktop with AMD ASUS mb and GeForce 720 nvidia card:

Very choppy video, no smoothe scrolling. Drivers 440, 435, 340, 390 make
no difference.

If you'd like me to test, just email me.

Thanks,

Ken Wagner

FireFox 75.0 Expected smooth scrolling as in Ubuntu 16.04.

Actual result: very choppy video almost everywhere (not just in
FireFox).
