That's odd.
In a clean VM 20.04 installed maybe 3 weeks ago, I get (sorry for encoding 
glitches) :

No snapd here, only core.
Well, I refreshed core to the beta channel (including afics snapd 2.45), I'll 
give some feedback after some shutdowns.
