Public bug reported:

python-acme 1.1.0-1 in focal has an unsatisfiable build-depends on
python3-idna:

  python3-idna (>= 2.5), python3-idna (<< 2.8),

Focal has python3-idna 2.8. Last time the package was built for
focal[1], python3-idna was at version 2.6.

It should be fine to allow python3-idna 2.8 to be used, since that
constraint comes from the python3-requests package, which allows 2.8[2]
in the version we have in focal.
