Public bug reported: The default browser cannot be changed in Kubuntu 20.04
Reproduce: Open "System Settings", select "Default Application"->"Web Browser", change a radio button state. Result: "Apply" stays disabled, the changes are not saved. Expected: the button "Apply" becomes active, like with any other options (works with "Terminal Emulator", "File manager" etc).
