Extremely similarly to

rgtk2, r-cran-rggobi and r-cran-rsgcc are holding up the r-base
transition: https://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-
archive/transitions/html/html/r-api-combined.html. They have no non-
arch-all rdeps and seem to be dead upstream. Please remove the binaries
(again)
