I was happy to contribute, Christian :-) I just wanted to add that after sending the e-mail to ipxe- de...@lists.ipxe, I received an automatic response explaining that my e-mail will have to be approved by a moderator because I'm not a member of that mailing list. I just hope that my e-mail won't rot there indefinitely.
