According to this website:
http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/focal/man8/rxe_cfg.8.html
rxe_cfg should be provided with rdma-core package but it is not.
I have already reinstalled the package twice. dpkg -L explicitly says
the package provides e.g. manpages for the rxe module but rxe_cfg is not
present on the list and it is not present in the system.
