I have had this issue with my C270 on Windows and now on Ubuntu 20.04. So it's mainly a Logitech issue, but on Windows I fixed it by fixing the mic on 16000 hz. On Ubuntu I tried chaging etc/pulse/daemon.conf to ; default-sample-rate = 16000 ; alternate-sample-rate = 16000 and it did not work. Only for a little while.
