I tested this by downloading the new release upgrader tarball from
(http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/focal-proposed/main/dist-
upgrader-all/current/focal.tar.gz) and extract it to /tmp/. I then ran
'sudo ./focal --frontend DistUpgradeViewText'. Here are the relevant
portions of /var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log:

So the new version of the release upgrader worked for me but I'd
appreciate it if Kleber or somebody else would test it. Thanks!
