@salmankh you can solve this by installing this packages from eoan ``` libc6 libc6-dbg libcap-ng0 libc-bin libidn2-0 locales openvswitch-common openvswitch-switch ``` and don't forget to run `systemctl daemon-reexec` afterwards!
