It seems you found a new combination to trigger bug 1825195 :-/ We fixed it where we could covering the Ubuntu releases. The fixes for that are upstream since >=libvirt-5.4 and I think ussuri should have that - right? Could you check the version of libvirt on the U system and the commandline it started qemu with? It seems it added an osxsave attribute there which it shouldn't.
