Hi,
from your logs:
Job for mysql.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status mysql.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
...
Error: 98 (Address already in use)
And in error.log
2020-09-11T03:04:45.552331Z 0 [ERROR] [MY-010262] [Server] Can't start server:
Bind on TCP/IP port: Address already in use
2020-09-11T03:04:45.552661Z 0 [ERROR] [MY-010257] [Server] Do you already have
another mysqld server running on port: 3306 ?
2020-09-11T03:04:45.553381Z 0 [ERROR] [MY-010119] [Server] Aborting
This is rather clear, you have some other server running on that port
which breaks the mysql package to get restarted on update.
