Hi there! It's my pleasure to improve free software as long as I can. I reinstalled the full system (it was corrupting files in general (import libs too). So I formatted the HD and reinstalled. I'm still with feisty and compiz is running perfectly. I think that there should be some file corruption due to something i don't know yet... It seems that you may close this bug. I won't upgrade to gutsy because I read that it had problems with the CPU cooler in some Dell models. Since I live in Brazil, cooling is very important... :-) Thanks for your reply.
