Since the upgrade I did not have any state saved with zsys.
When typing
# /sbin/zsysctl state save
I get the following error:
ERROR couldn't save state for user "root": user "root" doesn't exist
Then I found out that the root pool was not mounted at boot.
I manually mounted it successfully. It did not fix the issue
