Ubuntu Hirsute is currently automatically syncing and building newer package versions from Debian. In this specific case, the package contains some additional changes in Ubuntu it needs to be dealt with manually. Otherwise a sync might overwrite necessary changes.
Based on comment #2 it looks like the Ubuntu changes are now longer necessary, so a manual sync could be requested. If granted, any new versions in Debian unstable would also show up in the Ubuntu development release. I would suggest updating the description and subscribe ubuntu-sponsors, as described in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SyncRequestProcess -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1897394 Title: Please sync gcc-mingw-w64-x86-64 (10.1.0-3+23) from debian Bullseye To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gcc-mingw-w64/+bug/1897394/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
