Sorry, there is no bug, this bug report can be deleted.
Another case bad bug reporting, false alert.
"rubber ducking" the bug, made me double check the package names, and see that
"llvm apt repository" version of the package are the culprit, removing them and
switching back to ubuntu repository version solved it.
