Public bug reported:
libssl-dev and nodejs-dev cannot be installed on the same system as they
conflict with each other. nodejs-dev depends on libssl1.0-dev which
conflicts with libssl-dev.
This prevents building apps which need libssl-dev and nodejs-dev.
This is on Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS
