Public bug reported:
There was a code change within PyEphem which alters the API and
underlying functionality for satellite passes between versions 3.7.6 and
3.7.7.
I have software which uses PyEphem and runs on currently supported
Ubuntu versions making it difficult to support the PyEphem API change.
Is it possible to have version 3.7.7 please for Xenial and Bionic?
