Public bug reported:

Description: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
Release: 20.04
Hardware: Dell XPS 15Z

What I expect to happen: The touchpad speed and natural scrolling
settings should remain the same after a wake-up from a suspend. Please
refer to the attached picture for the touchpad speed and natural
scrolling settings that were set before a suspend.

What happened instead: The touchpad speed was reverted to default one,
and the natural scrolling was deactivated after wake-up from a suspend.
In the setting window, the setting looks the same as before, but the
actual touchpad speed is reverted to default one (middle speed), and the
natural scrolling is deactivated.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
