I read the article that explains how to find a proper package name for
bug reporting, but I couldn’t identify the right package name. It seems
that this is not an issue of kernel that does suspend-resume because
suspend and resume themselves are without problems, but the issue starts
after resume.

So I suppose that this is an issue of Gnome(or Ubuntu) desktop
environment. As you know Gnome (or Ubuntu) desktop environment is a
group of many packages and, to my understanding, I could not identify
the name of specific package of Gnome (or Ubuntu) desktop environment
that is responsible for this issue.
