1. I am installing Ubuntu Budgie 20.10 Groovy
2. My laptop is an HP 14-dq1043cl
3. Last time I did an installation it worked with Secure Boot. I did something
stupid in that installation and now I'm doing a clean install
4. GRUB failed to install, says it's a fatal error.

Title:
Installer fails to install GRUB, says "this is a fatal error". I have
Secure Boot on. It worked last time I did an installation w/ Secure
Boot.
