Checking the latest version in Ubuntu Hirsute (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/geany-plugins/1.37+dfsg- 4build1), they are still missing though. As mentioned in comment #1, those plugins were disabled in the Debian build, and it looks like they haven't been re-enabled even though newer releases have been packaged. I found several Debian bug reports talking about it, but the most specific is https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=954791 which also includes a PR to resolve the issue.
