I use a custom css to view in scrolling mode (with page margins set to
zero in the page layout). I don't feel the need to customize (nor do I
know how to) the paginated mode (with page margins set to a value). The
problem is I have to change page margins back and forth between the two
modes, which could be fixed if we can set different page margins for the
two modes.
