newer release is not the solution, you have to add the SecLevel for
openssl to the bind options
example in haproxy.cfg: bind IP:Port crt "certifcatefile" ssl-min-ver
TLSv1.1 ciphers !RC4:HIGH:!aNULL@SECLEVEL=1
