Summarizing the dutch instructions:

the problem can be solved by manually releasing the DHCP lease in
windows with ipconfig /release. The rest explains how to write a batch
file and create a shortcut on the desktop that can be doubleclicked to
do the release instead of using the command prompt.

I will close this report since it does not seem to be an ubuntu problem.
Please reopen it if you can give us the information that shows a problem
on ubuntu, and don't hesitate to submit bug reports in the future. To
reopen the bug report you can click on the current status, under the
