I can confirm that I see the same behaviour in my Dell lattitude 7200 2-in-1. Actually, the touchscreen works with my fingers for as long as I can try, but as soon as I put the stylus on it it completely stops working and only a reboot makes it work again (until I touch it with the stylus). I've attached the relevant section of /var/log/syslog in case that can help. Same problem under 5.8.0-45 and 5.8.0-48, works fine under 5.8.0-44. ** Attachment added: "log.txt" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1919342/+attachment/5480549/+files/log.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1919342 Title: Stylus and touchscreen not working in kernel 5.8.0-45 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1919342/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
