Can you please try 20.04 with kernel 4.15?

How? I am not a Linux guru, only an expert system (both hardware and
software) designer. Apparently the kernel coders made some assumptions
about the hardware. I will continue to use 18.04 until one of the “updates”
actually works.

P.S. I only recommend Ubuntu because Microsoft and Apple are so much
worse!
