Public bug reported:
Originally I installed Ubuntu on external SSD alongside Windows10 (internal
SSD). I needed more space on Ubuntu, so I formatted another SSD to have Ubuntu
partition with more space. It installed successfully, but ruined Windows10
booter. I tried to repair Windows10 without success.
So, I formatted internal SSD to reinstall Windows10. It was successful. Next,
I tried installing Ubuntu, but it failed.
