aborting Nginx threads.

At the moment we a re using the latest libmaxminddb package present in
Ubuntu 18.04 (1.3.1-1).
The main problem here, as Nginx crashes we are not able to see which IP
is causing this error.
Is there any plans to update this package to 1.4.2 versión in Ubuntu
18.04
