Public bug reported:
Every time my system installs new software it tells me that a new
version (21.04) of Ubuntu is available to update from my current version
20.10.
There is a Upgrade button for me to press. I expect it to call the
Upgrade routine to install version 21.04.
Instead, nothing happens.
