Public bug reported: Imported from Debian bug http://bugs.debian.org/990172:
Source: nsscache Version: 0.42-1 Severity: medium Dear maintainer, We're working towards getting OpenLDAP 2.5.5 (already in experimental) ready to start the transition process, and I noticed that nsscache's autopkgtest fails because it uses the now-removed BDB backend. I am also working on the OpenLDAP 2.5.5 transition for Ubuntu, and here is the full log with the failures if you're interested: https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-impish/impish/amd64/n/ns= scache/20210621_230811_7cc47@/log.gz I also noticed that nsscache has code to deal with BDB; it may be a good idea to raise this topic with upstream in case they want to update their codebase.
