Public bug reported:

Wasn't sure if this is a bug, but here's my problem.

I was using ubuntu on my laptop while connecting HDMI cable to a Smart
TV.

On the tv display, I was watching a video and on my laptop display I was
browsing.

And then I need to check google maps for direction, and suddenly...

My laptop freezed and I had to hard shut-down.

And when I reboot, my ubuntu is still stuttering until now.

I'm hoping here someone has an idea of what's going on and what is the
solution, if possible.
