Public bug reported: After upgrading to impish, I used handbrake to transcode a video file from MPEG to mp4, and the resulting file always lacked an audio stream, regardless of the options I picked.
Looking at the logs, I saw several instances of "encavcodecaudio: avcodec_send_frame failed". This was reported here: https://forum.handbrake.fr/viewtopic.php?p=196805, and upstream's answer was « ffmpeg 4.4 is not supported by HandBrake 1.3.3 ». So in impish we have an (old) version of handbrake that is known not to work with the current version of ffmpeg. That upstream problem was fixed in handbrake 1.4.0 (see https://github.com/HandBrake/HandBrake/commit/f28289fb06ab461ea082b4be56d6d1504c0c31c2), and handbrake 1.4.1 is in Debian testing, so I'm suggesting we sync from there.
