It seems that we'd also need to update new_gtlds_list, which has a list
of the "new" TLDs, which AIUI are not only "new" because they are newer,
but also because they are required to follow a well defined convention
on the location of the whois server (see the header of new_gtlds_list).

This said, I think the bug is valid, but I'm demoting its importance
from High to Low, given that the user impact is apparently very limited.
