Could you check of the CI system runs `sudo apt update` to refresh package lists as part of its build? Based on your log output it attempts to install among others ghostscript 9.50~dfsg-5ubuntu4.4 from focal- updates. However, since a new version is available in -updates it has replaced the previous, since it now has 4.5 [1] instead of 4.4. If you run `apt update` it should refresh the package list with information on which versions are currently available, rather than the version available last time it synced.
