deleted the whisker menu by accident on purpose out of rage... do i bring up

to reproduce I log out of guest and go into user and enter password.at desktop
no thing works. CANT BRING UP MEDIAPLAYER
CANT OPEN UP FILES.
INPUT/OUTPUT ERRORS THERE TOO!
