Public bug reported:
ndctl used to be built for i386, but the new version in jammy-proposed
has grown a dependency on libiniparser-dev which is not available on
i386.
ndctl | 71.1-1build1 | jammy | source, amd64, arm64, armhf, i386,
ppc64el, riscv64, s390x
ndctl | 72.1-1 | jammy-proposed | source, amd64, arm64, armhf, ppc64el,
riscv64, s390x
libiniparser-dev | 4.1-4ubuntu3 | jammy | amd64, arm64, armhf, ppc64el,
riscv64, s390x
We either stop building ndctl for i386, or add iniparser to the list of
packages that we do build on i386.
