Ah probably was caused by
https://github.com/hughsie/libgusb/commit/4b52b0cd27fdadcb29b4518cff293c1c76b872a9
in 0.3.8 and fixed by
https://github.com/hughsie/libgusb/commit/24934619a2ad3467b98142dfab2039985afc970d
in that case.
