I have encountered this bug, and I have found it also occurs from "Dim Screen When Inactive".
Would you try these steps to confirm? Steps to reproduce: 1. In: Settings > Power > Power Saving 2. Set "Dim Screen When Inactive" to "True" 3. Set "Blank Screen" to "1 minute" 4. Do nothing for 1 minute 5.
