I'm unsure what's the real cause, but the doctests are available but not
run.
A build with DH_VERBOSE shows:
dh_auto_test -O--buildsystem=pybuild
pybuild --test --test-nose -i python{version} -p 3.10
I: pybuild base:237: cd
/home/ubuntu/git/packages/python-tempita/python-tempita/.pybuild/cpython3_3.10_tempita/build;
python3.10 -m nose -v
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ran 0 tests in 0.012s
OK
That directory it cd's into is empty.
