Private bug reported:

Visible realtime performance gaps observed between single and dual sockets
system for ubuntu realtime kernel - on the dual sockets system, the max latency
of cyclictest could be upto 20+us within a few minutes, while the single socket
is less than 12us even for 24Hours.
The realtime kernel under test is:
linux-image-5.15.0-1003-realtime_5.15.0-1003.3_amd64.deb.

And as a reference, the max could be as low as 7 us on our current os/kernel
variants.
