Private bug reported:

During our power consumption test, with the c6 status enabled for all of the
cpu cores, ubuntu 22.04 with realtime kernel 5.15.0-1003 reports fluctuating
power consumption along the time, say the power consumption vary from 60+Watts
to 90+Watts.
Further test show, with acpi_idle driver, the range is narrowed, from 65Watts
75Watts.
As a reference, the current OS variants we are using, is, most of the time, the
power consumption could be as low as ~61Watts, it does changes along the time,
for sometimes, it could be upto 90+Watts for a while, tens of seconds, and then
goes down to ~61Watts agains.
