Well, there is one issue still in here.

When I do use both `snd_intel_dspcfg.dsp_driver=1
snd_hda_intel.model=alc255-acer` kernel parameters:

1) VERY BAD: there is no mic available in sound settings :(

2) GOOD: when I connect something into audio jack, an overlay asking for
device type pops up - letting me to select whether it is headphones only
or headset

When I do use just the `snd_hda_intel.model=alc255-acer` kernel
parameter or no parameter at all (just defaults):

1) GOOD: both mics work

2) VERY BAD: there is cracking in headphones every couple of seconds
whenever there is no audio playback active after changing the volume
level - it feels like if it's turning on and off in a cycle… it stops,
eventually, but its very annoying, especially if speakers are connected.
It is the very same sound as it does by turning on the laptop.

3) BAD: no device selection popup

PS: In any case, I am still using also `pci=nocrs`, because I have to due to
this issue https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1884232
