YOu're welcome, that's the workaround for these cases. Note that this exact issue was 'discussed' back in 2015 by the upstream Debian team and they rejected changing it because IPv6 being disabled is "non-standard", and a user/admin level decision at the endpoints of things, so when anything 'non-standard' happens it needs to be handled by those admins with workarounds.
