Further to your comment #3, 'xserver-xorg-input-libinput' might have
been a package that this bug report could have been moved to or may be
'libinput-bin'. Such a move would have attracted the attention of
Ubuntu's Desktop Team.
I'm setting the status of this bug to 'Incomplete' as it's not seen any
activity for some time. Are you still using the 'focal' release? Has the
issue resolved itself?
In the absence of a reply this bug report should automatically expire in
