Thanks for testing and the update Ronaldus. It appears that the issue
this bug report is about (the Bios Bug error) is resolved with the newer
Hardy Alpha2 release. As a result I'm going to close this report as
resolved for the newer release. Please feel free to open a new bug
report regarding the scrolling issue with your touchpad. Thanks!
