Public bug reported: I was looking for documentation on how to use workspaces in Ubuntu 24.04. I'm used to having a section of workspace off to the right where I can drag an application to, and/or click it to select it. That doesn't exist in 24.04.
This link doesn't line up with how Ubuntu has worked in a good long while. It has keyboard shortcuts for using up/down to move to different workspaces. It's been left/right since I don't remember when. https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/ubuntu-help/shell-workspaces-switch.html.en Minor side issue. The screenshot on this page goes outside of the content bounds. Using the Firefox v126.0 snap in Ubuntu 24.04 desktop. https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/ubuntu-help/shell-workspaces.html.en ** Affects: ubuntu-docs (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2067803 Title: Workspaces documentation could use some love To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-docs/+bug/2067803/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
